Towing trailers with torsion axles.
If your boat trailer has torsion axles, make sure that the trailer is being towed level. You can make sure by
putting the trailer fully loaded on your vehicle and measure at the tongue of the trailer to the ground and
behind the fender to the ground. Make sure you are on level ground. The measurement should be the same. If
torsion axles are towed un-level it will put more of the trailer weight on one of the axles and could overload
its weight rating.
