"I just wanted to let you know that I was introduced to your products Sunday May 6th, 2007 by Tim Malcom. The tire and wheel come off, from my boat trailer while driving 60 mph. I was able to call Tim and he drove 45 miles to bring me the hub. Thank Goodness the boltholes lined up just right and it did exactly what it was suppose to do.
Unfortunately, when we let the jack down, the axle broke. I just wanted to let you know that I think your product is great, and Tim went beyond helping me."
